A long time ago (because I have at this point been around long enough to say "a long time ago," maybe even "back in my day") A good friend introduced me to an exercise which has become a spiritually centering passion of mine. In fact the beautiful thing about "balance" as I call it, is that, this is the exact effect it is intended to have. I invite all to create a beautiful memory whenever inspired by the miracle that is all life, to take a moment to chill, and find balance of your own.

WOW! log in and read about the "Thera Eruption" and you will have a small idea of the significance behind this spiritually charged place! Please click upon the image to view it full sized.
A lot of times the act of balancing one stone (myself) upon another as it's base (higher power) is accomplished in minutes. However, occasionally a vibe takes over and envelopes the enirety of my being, leaving me emotionally full and spiritually charged. It is in these moments where this rewarding little excercize proves to be a true gift. Santorini is such a place and I cannot wait to visit again. To my Minoan hosts..., thank you for the warm welcome!
Balance in Cabo San Lucas - May 2010
This curious fellow was quite interested in my fifteen minute effort to find the balance.
additonally, I could swear that he was actually sorry to see me go.... He watched as I walked away and then foucused upon the moment created before jumping back into the water.
It is indeed all about brief encounters in places of special significance which may never be seen again, but with balance will never be forgotten.
